I think that there is a problem that those with childlike voices face, and that is being taken seriously. I would never place premature judgment on someone's ability before getting to know them, but I know high/soft voices -- paired with being a woman -- is something that likely is another hurdle in professional careers.

Just use your natural voice. Anything else is manipulative and sad. Don't infantilize yourself.
It's one of those things that adds onto you. Like if you're cute and sweet and shit, having that kind of voice will make you seem even cuter and sweeter.
But if you're annoying as fuck, having that kind of voice will make you seem even more annoying.
If its too high pitched then its annoying, but if its only somewhat high, then it's fine.
