Do girls just friendzone guys who are always there for them?

Anonymous
I'm so confused on what I need to do when talking to this girl.

She comes to me whenever she has problems but is that a good thing or a bad thing? I don't want to just be her friend and I feel like she only comes to me because that's all she sees me as. She is really comfortable telling me her problems whether it's about family, friends, job, etc. I've only known her for around 2 months.
I've basically built a very platonic, non-sexual relationship with her but I want to change that.

How can I turn this around?
Should I slow down my communication with her?
Is it too late for me because all she sees me as is a friend?

I do flirt with her but I'm not really sure if she's getting it. I'm not very good at it.

Hey everyone,
I just want to thank all of you for sharing your opinions with me and helping me through this very confusing situation.
I am going to continue doing things my own way but I will try to flirt more and ask her out on dates and show her I want more than just friendship and if she doesn't notice I will confess and hope for the best. After reading through all these opinions, I don't think a friend zone really exists. Girls and guys can develop feelings quickly or over time. It depends
