After that day passed though I actually felt great on my chest. Mind I'm not part of the itty-bitty titi committee at the time I was a 36C and growing into a 38C.
But girls, how many times have you come home from a long day and taken your bra off and it just feels great?
Finding comfort I ended up doing it again and again and again, when the winter came I wore layers which hid cold nipples, I also stasted using bralettes which some would argue are bras but I could the kind in which had no support no cup no padding just fabric, and when I did wear them they didn't stay on for long, they were for Show if you catch my drift.
Over the next year I would wear a bra, as a result the muscle on my chest at the top became firm, my breast themselves though always a large size, went up to a 38D (I recent ly got professional bra fitting) and I never had the tired breast feeling. My breast did not sag my boyfriend saw a change in the fact my breast were more round. I honestly just felt so comfortable.
And I did it for my comfort. I never had a embarrassing braless moment. Its so much easier. And let's not forget bras are expensive!
Recently I have gone back to bras but only occasionally. And during my no bra for a year journey, I read articles of studies that show how and why a bra is utter bs.
Now there are extremely large breast in the world that again don't 100% require bras but it can help for back support when your won of the higher than DD cases. <br /
I did feel uncomfortable my first three days but after that I felt completely comfortable
My breasts only got rounder and a bit more perky (however women can get Perkier breast through excersice)
