Is 5'8 (172 cm) an ok height for a 19 year old male?

I'm an attractive guy whose 19 years old and 5'8 (172 cm). Am I too short. I feel pretty short since most of my friends are 5'10-5'11? What do you think of my height.

Well, It depends, I you´re comparing yourself with girls worldwide, the tallest chicks are living in Lithuania ( or latvia don´t remember) the average height being 169 cm for girls, so in theory you are taller than the tallest girls in the world. Now if you´re comparing with males, you are considered damn short in the Netherland, but also considered damn tall in Phillipines, China, India and major part of south america and Spain. In countries like Russia you are in the low end of the average.

Im Colombian ( south america) and Im 172 cm, I am considered taller than the average here, but there´s off course taller guys, in the states I felt actually taller when I lived in California,

Focus on your Physique, if your not a damn midget on 5´6 or below you will be average mostly anywhere ( just try not getting depressed when you go to the Netherlands, trust me, being 172 cm there isn´t good haha)

The average height is 5' 10'' or 5'11'' for males.

So i would not consider that short. If a guy is under 5' 6'', then i would consider him short.

I think that you're definitely not the tallest, but I think you're a fair height.
