the most painful place for any human to get hit, is the outer femoral area or arm pit area. there have been reports of people fainting and even dying to the immense pain caused by a hit.

it can happen due to a chemical overreaction in the brain caused by overstimulation of the pain centre of the brain, which basically causes the brain to poison itself which can kill the person.

or it could in both cases be just a popped main artery.
