Help please! Is she creeped out or just shy?

After over 1 month of staring at each other and not making a move i finally manned up today and tried to catch the girl i like at the lift of the library just as she was leaving. But when she saw me headed there too she immediately changed her direction. Is this because she thinks im creepy for staring for this long and not saying anything? Or is she just shy?

Extra details:

She always just stares without any expression at me
I just can't help but freeze up around this girl because i think she's so gorgeous that's why it's taken me so long.

It's hard to say. It could be either or neither. Trying to approach, especially if you know you're going to be awkward, is best in an open area. The lift is one of the worst because the other person is essentially trapped with you and any nervous habits that put them at alert will be extra high.

You got up the nerve today to talk to her, you were probably feelin pretty good today (lookin good, mind sharp.) if it was another day when you felt the opposite and you see she's finally coming up to you, how would you react?
