When she says something mean to you (again), try asking with sad puppy eyes with joking intonation "oohww :( why are you so cruel to me.." , see her reaction. U can understand and know if she is just teasing, consider you as a friend, or potentially like you.

Probably. That's exactly what I do with the guy I'm interested in. He started pulling back a bit though so I'm starting to think he doesn't like me and finds me annoying. :c

Yeah, she probably likes you. That's something I do when I like someone, at least at first when I don't know them enough, then when I get to know them enough I still tease them, but not as much and not as mean
