Do you want the actual scientific explanation? Because there is one (sry hate to spoil the fun, yo)

There are metrics called "vdWHR" -- view-dependent waist/hip ratio -- which basically measure how much like an hourglass a woman's figure LOOKS from different views. Scientists have measured tons of different vdWHR's for tons of different poses, and have actually determined how women of different body types should pose in order to maximize the illusory hourglass effect of their figures.
Look at this 2 second video:
Right in the middle -- where all 3 graphs are at a pretty low point -- that's the optimal hourglass point in that woman's stride. You'll notice that it looks a LOT like this weird crossed-leg pose in these photos.
So... yeah, it looks weird af, but it also looks more feminine -- on a very base, subconscious level that I *guarantee* you don't actually sense -- so, there it is.

It's classier; it prevents up skirting or seeing anything if there were a breeze or something.
I've never associated it with a having to pee pose though, nor do I associate how most men sit with someone taking a shit haha.
it makes them feel like they're hiding their vaginas.
the opposite of this basically

It's a more classical ladylike and graceful way to stand. Same with cocking the head to the side like in the last pic, and somewhat in the first pic. Same with having the fingers elegantly extended rather than naturally curled (first two pics). In a different pose they'd have the feet pointed also. I suppose that heals give a similar affect. It's more "graceful" than the normal position of the feet. You see the same thing in dancers, ice skaters, gymnasts, etc.
Lol at it looking like they have to pee. Little kids do that all the time. Or even take their hands and push on themselves to hold it in. I assume that kids just don't have the muscles developed to hold it in.
1. This pose is more meant to accentuate the figure, make it look shapelier apart from a confident look
2. The 'holding pee' pose is for men this way, not for women :)

lol they should just get one of these and splash the pirate!
4.bp.blogspot.com/.../go-girl.pngIt's defensive body language: it either means the girl literally "closes" herself off (typically the legs will be crossed more tensely and the arms will be tensely crossed as well) or that she's shy/submissive, which can actually be a sign of interest in a guy (her whole body will be less tense).
Or it's a female celebrity striking a classic pose for the camera...I don't know who you know that pees that way, but neither girls nor guys pee like that in my experience lol.
It's usually because cross legs make them look slimmer, it's just a pose. What is with the troll question? It's not even funny
I've read Redeye's explanation; beautiful <3
Personally, I've stood like that for forever and just never realized I was doing it...It is just a way to get their hips more curvy (enhanced) for the pictures. It is a basic modelling pose.
Are you saying they crossing their legs like they need to pee? Cause girls dont have dicks so they dont stand.
Helps them look slimmer in pictures, improves posture. Guessing.
lol. peeing in that position would cause a huge mess ;)
Here I was expecting to see photos of a girl in a sumo squat
I dont know, maybe its only for the photos+they are all in dresses. Never seen that before tho
I don't know, I just do it cx especially when wearing high heels
most girls dont stand like that irl, its just a pose
it is a bit weird though, not sure why its a thingIt's a comfortable standing pose. That is not my gotta pee pose.
hahaha It's simply a pose. It looks elegant and makes us look good
They stand like that, cause it squeezes their clitoris causing arousal and pleasure.
I stand that way just because it's comfortable.
I don't know, but it's sexy.
They're hiding their dick.
maybe they actually have to pee? ;-)
