I was talking to one of my good female friends the other day regarding people we like to talk to/who's company we enjoy. She is an extremely kind and generous person so naturally I told her "oh you must like everyone and is nice to everyone" but I was just teasing her about it. She then replied "Yeah I'm nice to a lot of people but I'm especially more nice to you since I have a soft spot here *points at chest* for you". At first I was kind of flustered and said "What the.." in my mind and then I jokingly replied "wait you actually have a heart?" to reply to what she said and we just laughed it off and moved on to the next topic haha.
What does it mean when a girl typically says that? Is it more of a "I really like you so I'll put up with you" thing or like "you're a good friend and I really care about you" thing?
