not necessarily. depends if she's shy thought you hated her is sick, has any other reason to be unsure or caught off guard.

though i wouldn't say i can't make a plan right now ill let yo know when im able. or id schedule it for a different time. maybe is a sucky way of answering but it does happen where some people are just bad with plans. they can be flaky and you may not want to date them, but it doesn't mean its a no.

no thing means absolutely one thing. what you get here is peoples opinions of other people based on their personal opinion, or their penal experience.

if yore really into her and didn't feel convinced she meant no, ask until she say yes or no. this one way to cut through ambiguity. like ask once a month until you get an answer or get over her. thats what id do f the 'maybe' didn't turn me off.

depends how she said it too. did she look sincere or aloof?

it basically means whatever yo want t to mean until you get a real answer, so you can treat it however you like.

It depends entirely on context. It could be a genuine maybe later or it could be her politely telling you she's not interested. Add some details and we might be of more help

Nope, not necessarily. If it was rejection she would say no. Or tell you she doesn't like you in that way. Maybe later means not tonight but maybe some other time.

@WillowTree i personally think that its worse to say maybe all the time and leave a person in uncertainty than actually being straight on. if you know the reason why you were rejected this could help you with self improvement to make you more desirable, but if she is always like maybe, maybe, maybe, and gives you no reason why she is rejecting you then you can become frustrated because you dont really know what to improve so you can become more desirable. i value honesty and i know that being honest can hurt someones feelings but i am okay with that. if i would reject someone like that i would not be cruel or disrespectful i would just be honest with them. i can't stand not being honest. i can't live with myself if i am not honest about these things.
