I see many people saying that guys who like feet have a fetish. I disagree. There is a big difference. People who have a fetish in the real sense, they think in terms of "weird" activities involving feet. So please don't use the 2 conditions interchangeably. Liking hands and feet is only normal if it stays to the extent of admiring them and just wanting to stare at them for hours.
Other than that, some people have already explained that having nicely cared hands and feet show how much the girl cares about herself. And women who think face is the only thing that matters, I can assure you, you will never have a successful and lasting chemistry in marriage, If you think you do, you are being lied to.
And it is not just about women; as a guy, I also like to take care of my feet and hands because I just find it sickening to see guys also with those dirty cracked feet as if they have walked 5000 miles barefoot in the desert.
"Normal" is not liking feet and wishing to stare at them for hours. People like what they like and it's ok to have a fetish, but if you're thinking and wishing about feet, than you most likely have a fetish. :) at least mildly. any type of sexual desire or admiration for feet is not likely to be considered normal lol

the short answer is: yes, we do pay attention. nice hands and feet are a good sign to guys that the girl is meticulous, clean, and conscious of her appearance. how she takes care of herself is a good indication of how she takes care of those around her. it is an extension of the care and attention she pays to others. not being one for double-standards I take care of my hands and feet as well. also, they are somewhat of a 'private part' to most people. think about it, are you comfortable letting just anyone hold your hand or touch your feet? there is an intimacy involved in those interactions as there is with hugging, kissing, touching of genitals and, by extension, love-making. who knows why ANYTHING turns ANYBODY on? but, I hope this helps to explain why unkempt feet may be a turn-off.

so, we went out, and we happened to meet these guys who were then checking us out. so, as they got to the feet, they all of a sudden turned around. lost interest... it was my sisters shoes though, not her feet really. from that day on, she makes sure her shoes and feet look reasonably good before steping out of the house :D

Feet are kind of like the kind of thing where they are not really grabbing peoples attention but if they are not taken care of, if there is like drama going around, and dead skin everywhere, then it really becomes a prob. So just take care your feet. Lotion and toe nail clippers, and if the situation calls for it, a nail file.

Callouses, corns, peely and discolored skin, and stuff like that tend up on your foot more often than anywhere else. It's a sign of inability to take care of yourself, and it's especially disgusting for females to have because they have open shoes more often than guys. I think people will let guys have gross feet because it's "manly", but female feet that are gross are less respected.
I think "good feet" applies to anything on the body. If it looks like it's disgusting, it's just a turn-off. So, yeah, guys won't like sickly and revolting feet. But, that doesn't mean they are looking for perfect feet... just wash your dang toes!
I like feet yes. I keep it under control though. It's no different than having any other preference in looks.

Well, I wouldn't say that "ugly" feet are a deal breaker for me (I love my wife's feet), but cute feet are certainly a plus. Cute in my book:
1) smaller for body
2) no hair
3) well cared for nails (I'm a sucker for a French pedicure - not a fan of colors)
4) well cared for heels - keep 'em moisturized, please!

For me, yes along with hands and nails. It shows if a girl keeps clean for one and cares about the little things. Also, I'm kinda attractive to girls if they have nice feet, like no scars, blisters, bunons, and all that stuff, normal or arched feet, clean, smooth, and preferably small with the the big toe bigger than the second one. Also, trimmed nails aND preferably with no or french nails. Everything the opposite really puts me off tbh

To be honest, I don't find myself ever checking out the feet of a woman. It certainly isn't a turn-off for me, but then maybe that's because my feet aren't exactly my best feature either. Hands on the other hand (pardon the pun) I think can be much more erotic and if a woman has "man hands" it can be a bit of a turn-off.
