What did she mean by saying," you're observant"?

This beautiful intern (for med school) at my job she was younger close to my age but still older to me. She seemed to gravitate towards me. We talked but not much cause my boss he hated for me to talk to interns half of the time I'm just listening to them talk. Because of this I didn't talk much cause I'm on the clock and I would get in trouble. After she told me I was being stuck up or I was to cool for facebook (I don't have one). I started to talk to her and I have a unique gift of judging how someone might react and act when they're relaxed with someone. I basically told her my opinion that she seem like she always get her way and if she don't she will get mad until she do. I also told her she might love to party and she's more loud and wild than what people know. That this shy quiet girl act is just that an act. She smiled, blushed and said , "you got all that from my body language and our small talk? That's amazing how you can do that. You're observant." She wanted me to finish but business picked up so I had to stop. From that day on she opened up to me told me about this Thanksgiving party and started to light up and got happy to see when I worked. I still got in trouble because she was up under me like kissing distance from me as I was showing her the job I do and out of all my coworkers she always talked to me. My manager thought I was flirting with her when I wasn't... My thing is when I say someone is observant I'm saying they're nosey. What did she mean
