if you can do all that work out its quite possible you are a healthy "bigger' person
you will never lose that weight you built bigger and you just need to accept who you are...normally I advise getting in shape but you already are...what I say is now learn to be confident with yourself and who you are...
ps I see many hot asian girls with bigger guys :)

Man , lets get real. Ill be 40 my next birthday. I've been overweight since I was 20 . I've paid attention to my surroundings over the years , and I've realized that fit attractive women are simply just not physically attracted to overweight or obese men. It hurts , trust me I know. Guys of all sizes want a attractive woman. Its in our nature. But womens nature are different , and the attractive ones all seem to think the same when it comes to fat men. Yes you hear about fat RICH men that have hot women , but even that doesn't happen as much as you think. I've cried many tears. I've attempted suicide because of it , but women are the way they are and that's it. I gave up about 5 years ago and started using escorts. Some of them are well known p*rn stars. Its expensive but its better than no sex or companionship at all , and its a automatic score with the attractive women I want.
well it could be that the girl is crushing/likes someone else. Also, it could be the same reason we don't like girls with tons of acne or somthing like that. Either way I think so far the girls just don't see you as a potential boyfriend but rather some they bond with mentally rather then physically. you'll find the right one sooner or later man just be optimistic
Fat guys are unattractive to me because they don't fit my lifestyle. I'm an adreneline junkie, and a fat guy can't keep up with me. And also when you go to bed with them.. no offence but it's just gross to feel their fat slapping me while they're on top..
i'm fat and i doubt you could keep up with me downhill skiing. just because someone's fat doesn't mean they can't keep up with you. i would stick with the "having sex with them is gross" excuse.
These girls are either shallow, or they have a strong personal preference for smaller men. It's really not your problem, it is theirs; their preference. Some girls do like bigger men, they are just harder to find.. Harder to find than men who like bigger woman unfortunately. (at least based on my observations)
don't try to be appealing for girls. I know this might sound cliche but my sister and law told me this so I figure id try.it worked for me..after a big break up I was heart broken so she told me to take a time period of my choice(swore off any relationship).worked on anything that makes me self concious.i worked on it and by the end I found a good guy.if you work on yourself and don't worry about making a girl happy and make yourself happy a great girl or girls will want you.
Personally.. I'm a health freak and am afraid of fat people... But my best friend is fat and id don't mind because she's clean and doesn't eat nasty chips or anything.. It depends what kind of fat person you are.. But remember being fat isn't healthy try loosing some weight you'll probably be more confident and have more girls.. People judge from appearance. So ever time someone sees you.. That's their first impression! So make it the best impression you can! xox but if you don't want to.. maybe you should just seek a girl who accpets you for you because in the end that's what you really need.
Well my friend, you could go comedic. Girls love funny guys. But I don't see why they aren't going for you. I mean, I think heavy guys have a better personality then other guys because they don't use their looks to get girls they use themselves. Sorry that sounded really... spiritual or something haha. But anyways, Make sure you get to know the girl and make sure she is worth it even. They shouldn't care what you look like, just if you are right for them in the personality way. So don't let being fat get you down. Believe me, I was once fat too.
Its the same reason a guy don't like fat girl's. Yes there is a way to be appealing keep working out, working out is good, but are you changing your eating or still eatting the same just less? You have to eat healthy, none fatting stuff. And water lots of it and trust me you will see a change. Then again if you just started the work out then you really aren't going to see much of a change just yet it's not a over night thing you got to work at it and hard.
I'm sorry, but maybe you will just have to find the right girl who will go for that. My ex wasn't fat at all but he did have man-boobs and love handles and it just grossed me out...I think it's because a woman's subconscious is ingrained with the need to find a man typically proportioned to take care of her and her babies. If you were in the cave man times you probably wouldn't have survived long and that's why.
people do not have the same beauty standards now as they did then. in cave man times it was popular to make statues of rotund women. if you ate a lot it meant you were better off.
Maybe they don't want to date you because your in that "friend zone" and not because your "fat". If yor. Ot losing wheight it could be because your gaining it in muscle. Personally I don't care about the size of the guy, soong as he's nice and good to me it doesn't matter. I don't date guys excessivy skinny though, that's gross to me.
1. I don`t think that all girls don`t like fat guys, I knew one guy who was also not the slimmest but he is cute and he had already some girlfriends and in my opinion when people become older the start to look more on the inner beauty someday there will be someone who loves you like you are...
2. if you do so much to loose weight and your size and weight have remained I think you should go to a doctor and check your body
well to be honest with u. many people find fat people less attractive and physically appealing. being fit is just more attractive. I'm sure if you were honest u'd say you probably find fit/in shape girls more attractive than fat girls too. its natural.
there are girls who don't care if a guy is fat though but I was just saying that if you want more attention then it would be good to lose the weight

Either stay fat and keep searching and if your lucky you'll find a girl who'll go for your personality or get fit and get attention. Girls are all biased if they see a fat men, loads of them are afraid of them crushing her.
I dated a fatter guy. He was really fun and cute. I liked him so much, but unfortunately he broke up with me :(
To give you an idea on how he looked, he was 5'11" and about 185 Lbs.
So not all girls are extremely concerned about something like that. I guess I would be considered a chub chaser
But it is also important to be healthy, so keep excercising...things will start to come around for you.
those girls you are talking about are shallow and honestsly stupid. you shouldnt always look at the person's body image or attractiveness to decide if you like them or not. and no anyone can have a serious relationship its just the fact that once again those girls are shallow. you need to find someone worth your time. about losing weight, have you considered seeing the doctor to check your metabolisim or thyroid? those 2 factors could be the problem to you not losing much weight.
Im sorry I did not mean to be rude but that is jus my own opinion and everyone has their own likes and dislikes... an different taste but js because I said I wouldn't date a fat or bigger guy doesn't mean I wouldn't be friends with them... and I can't really say why I don't like guys like that its not my thing I'm sorry. Honestly, I'm one of those girls who are not attracted to overweight men. I have always tried to get over this and felt bad & ashamed for my shallowness. But, I just can't overlook it, I like guys who are a healthy weight. I can overlook someone's face flaws, & a world of other things, but obesity is just not one of them. I'm sorry, some people are just like this, we don't mean to be, but we can't change who we are.
overweight people who are not obese tend to have longer life expectancy. as long as you're not obese, your health is better if you've got a few extra pounds.
counting calories- if you go below your basic daily calculated caloric need then your body goes into "starvation mode" and then tries to conserve any bit of food you swallow by turning it into fat and using up the bare minimum of fat so you can stay alive. so check out a daily caloric needs calculator and go about 400+ calories above it.
and the other scenario is that if you think you are cutting out a lot of calories than you ate before, you still may be eating way to many. again, try to calculate your daily caloric needs or see a dietician.

I hate when people do this, keep on doing your routine it sounds like it's a great workout. Seriously, don't give a damn about weight, if you're benching 250 and running for that long every day, you're bound to get in shape. Take note that your weight does not matter. I would suggest measuring your waist once a week or so, you could be loosing inches off your waist but not see much of a difference in your weight because you're gaining muscle and loosing weight at the same time. I used to be overweight and would obsess about how much I weighed. People all of a sudden would start telling me that I was loosing weight but I looked the same to myself until suddenly blam I was skinny as a toothpick, and it wasn't until that day that I realized taht I had actually lost all my weight. I know it's harder than it sounds, but if you're really working out that hard, keep at it and you'll see results, no lie!
