I generally dont wear underwear with skirts because I like the feel of the fresh air hitting my vagina. Noone will never know your not wearing any panties unless you bring it up. Thats your business and your body.

always cross your legs even if you wear panties when wearing a miniskrt... since i was 12 i've worn skirts or dresses like 80% of the time at least.

I forgot many times under skirt n dresses.. last weekend i was wearing short skirt n i went to watch movie with my bro n his 3 friends n i forgot wearing panties now i dont know if anyone noticed or not
