I'm blonde naturally (though the light hair I'm rocking now is not, I'm an ash blonde) and I am a "dominant" personality type when it comes to life - but not unreasonably so. Sexually I can be more submissive for sure, but it's fun to change it up and take the lead every now and then. I don't think hair colour impacts that at all.
I don't know if there is a genetic component to your generalization, although I do admit that i kinda swing the same way as you:)
I've met a lot of blondes who fit that ateareotype but there also a lot of blondes who are dominant. Just depends on the person.

I think it's more brune who are submissve. All the blond i know are far from being submissive (the real blonde). Just think of German and Nordic girls. They're far from being submissive.
