Does it really bother guys when girls say bruh, dude, bro, etc? Why?

Does it only bother you if it's a girl you want a relationship with? Or would it still bother you if she was just a friend or family member?

by the way I'm not talking about excessive use of the word. For example, I might say "Dude, really?" if a guy or girl does something really disrespectful. I use it more as an exclamation of shock or annoyance every once in a while. I really don't understand how that makes girls sound masculine. Feel free to explain it, though.

It can be annoying, yes. The reason being twofold 1. It may seem like they're trying to be cool which is just embarrassing and cringey. and 2. Its typically a male thing to say so it can seem weird for females to say it.

Oh, I see what you mean. Sometimes I'll yell "dude, really?" or "bro!" if someone does something stupid/rude. I've seen a lot of guys on G@G say they can't stand when a girl says that so I was confused as to what the big deal was. But yeah, it does sound stupid if you use it in every sentence.

Lol I can see that. I'd be bummed if the guy I liked viewed me as a little sister. I actually was in this situation with one of my brother's friends but it was cool because we all laughed about it and are still close.

lol true. He used to refer to himself as my brother in the beginning and then stopped as we got to know each other more. So when months later I referred to him as my brother, he paused. :D

Nope. Doesn't bother me when anyone calls me any of those things. I say them too. I've even called girls dude a couple of times on accident but they didn't mind.
