How to be less high strung?

This is gonna sound ridiculous, but 85% of my day is spent vibrating in anger at SOMETHING. It's stressing me out, which just makes me more high strung. Like, last night my sister told me my lipstick looked ugly (it didn't, I actually really like it and she's a 10 y/o ASS who somehow knows all of my insecurities. I know hers so we're even. How do we just know these things?) and I almost punched her in the face. Thank god I didn't but I spent the next two hours crying. Jesus. I've never actually hurt someone, though. I don't like violence.

That said, I've been doing yoga, drinking more water, etc- but the hairwire trigger is so freaking sensitive anyways. I'm angry all the time, or just a step away. I'm a crying, seething and quaking mess with a bitchy poker face. Conceal don't feel, you know? But I go 0 to 100 real fucking quick.


So... any ideas?
