More often than not I put my knees together and tilt them to one side, or cross at my ankles. I hate how crossing them in these other ways cuts off the circulation. I didn't like any of those but A seems to be most common.
"A" is probably the most common and most natural. All three are very sexy, though.

C is more sexy, but it would look weird if she's sitting like that in public, so I went with A.
Just the normal way. Really now preference. C looks sexier but thats no way to sit and have dinner or something.
it doesn't really matter to me. whatever is comfortable for her. the beauty of crossed legs is where the thigh meets the skirt. it always makes me wish i could see a but more.

I actually prefer that girls DON'T cross their legs.
B looks like she tangled herself up and C looks uncomfortable. A on the hand pertains that slight chance having having that slip up. 👌
A looks more appealing and open to conversations. C is kind of sexy. B is a celebrity pose. It looks like she is at the centre of a stage and about to answer audience questions.
A as it seems the most casual, but it would also help if it was the same girl with the same outfit doing those poses
