Girls: does a guy's face matter more than his body?

it seems like a lot of girls will only go out with a guy that is really fit, or at least slender and toned. I think I have a fairly cute face, actually I've been called handsome a fair amount of times, and one time I heard a girl whisper to another girl in public that I was cute. but the thing is, my body isn't the thinnest. I'm between chunky and skinny. average body I guess. a little excess fat around the middle, but it's not horrible.

Heres the harsh truth (from my own personal take on this): I'm into skinny guys... always have, all my life. I'm just not physically attracted to bigger guys, I guess it has to do with the fact that I'm a small girl (100 lbs, 5'2). But even if he's skinny like me, if I'm not attracted to his face/style, then I'm not gonna date him. That's just me though. Not all girls are like me, obviously. SO don't think just because you're one way, that all girls are not gonna like you. no. you are gonna be someones type.

right but I'm not even "big" just a little extra meat on my bones lol. I'm practically 6 foot.

i mean, that's not a big deal. but if you're not happy with what you look like then do something about it. but don't try to change yourself to try to please other people, if you like how you look then find a girl that will too.

that's the hard part... I don't feel like many girls look for guys like me. at least I wouldn't know. it would be awesome if some girls were more forward about things.

Yes face is way more important, obviously if we were to go out I'd be looking at your face more than anything. Body isn't terribly important but it's a plus. Toned but skinny is my fav :) You can never go wrong with some muscle.

Face is the must but If he has a gorgeous face but is over weight I don't Like it... A bit of fat here and there its OK but not too chubby...

Yeah I guess it depends on the point of view because I see some really fat guys that say they only need to loose a bit and actually its quite a lot, lets just say as long as he doesn't look pregnant or just a small 3 months baby belly I am fine and no boobs please lol

For me yes. I'm not concerned if a guy has some fat on him. I just want him to take care of himself.

yes definitely. and as long as a girl isn't approaching fat or obese, or isn't too chubby, she's still attractive.

I try yeah, but I also try to enjoy life and treat myself too. I could look a bit better too if I just worked out, but I find it so hard to get into the gym and too much effort for little result. doesn't seem worth it a lot of times.
