Not really.Only if I am wearing a shoe that could be ruined like a pair of sequin flats,OR if they are 300 pounds stepping on me.Then I am annoyed because of the pain.But most often,such incidents are actual mistakes,so there is no need to be angry.When I buy a fresh pair of chucks,i usually ask people to step on them.I don't like shoes that look too fresh.I adore the "worn in" look.
Argh yes! Especially if they happen to not notice what they just did and if the person doing the stepping happened to be one of those annoying dim witted teenies who is mindlessly chatting away with their equally pesky friends after hey have stepped on my shoe... I have the strong urge to just strangle them sometimes, I give them a hard glare instead. Don't do this to me people!
It depends. If you're dancing and the guy steps on your foot once -- or if your aged aunt/uncle accidentally steps on your shoe -- you forgive. If someone is purposely or repeatedly stepping on them, though (like on a train or bus), then that's just annoying.

If I just bought some nice shoes and someone steps on them and scuffs them somehow, I'd be annoyed. Otherwise, I just count it as an accident and there's no harm done. As long as they didn't stomp on my foot.
It's annoying but most people don't look directly at the ground when walking, so they're not going to notice. I've had it done to me & I've accidentally done it to other people.
It might be a little annoying for a few seconds, but it's not a big deal to me.
Not unless I was in a bad mood already. It's just shoes. No harm done.
