The fact that you are so considerate and think of others more than yourself makes you one of those VERY "RARE CATCHES". There are SO MANY girls/women out there who are SSSSOOOO into themselves that it's just plain RIDICULOUS. When a guy meets a girl like you, (as I have, recently) they just cannot help but fall for you! Why would you want to change THAT?! You basically have your pick of the litter! All you need to do is think of yourself a little bit more. Also, you can just AVOID "drama". Avoid the people who are rotten to you, also. Trust me here, if people are nasty or bitchy to you, YOU DON'T NEED THEM! Just by looking at your picture I can see that you are an EXTREMELY attractive young woman. And, if you are one of those who puts others' needs before your own, you WILL find the RIGHT guy AS LONG AS YOU DON'T GO LOOKING FOR THE "BAD BOYS". If you notice, *EVERY* girl here who has *EVER* been in a relationship with "bad boys" or "players" had it end miserably and got hurt, or are absolutely SICK AND TIRED of the one they are with. Yet, it's PRECISELY those kinds of guys you girls are CONSTANTLY going for! BELIEVE ME! THE *NICE* GUY IS THE ONE YOU WANT--*NOT* THE "BAD BOY" OR "PLAYER"! And by becoming a "bitch", you will only do one thing--push EVERY "nice guy" away. They will ALL avoid you like a plague.
Take some time out FOR YOURSELF. You are allowed to! Keep doing what you're doing by caring about other people, but you also need to care for yourself, OK? AND DON'T BE A BITCH, STAY THE SWEETHEART YOU SEEM TO BE.

Before you do that you might consider other alternatives:
-Most women that say "I hate drama" actually love drama. If this applies to you, stop being a drama queen. If it doesn't, ignore this part.
-Become a person that people want to respect.
--Harder for you than it would be for a deep voiced tall white male, but this "can" be done.
--Most people don't take "bitches" seriously.
-Cut ties with people that refuse to show you respect for reasons you can't control.

I don't think being a "bitch" is the admirable solution to your dilemma.
I consider it admirable that you care about others. What you need is to pick your battles. Don't so much want to fix everything for others, as come up with ideas to suggest so they can fix their own mess. And in some cases, simply avoid the topic. Lend sympathy more and play diplomat less.
Also, stand up for yourself when attacked.
"I'm not your slave!" for the bossy ones. And mean it.
Give me examples of what they say and in what circumstances. I may be able to offer some come backs for you.
please do not become a bitch justme20. just learn to be assertive. that comes with confidence. when you are confident you do not care what others think unless there is a reason to care. being a bitch is just mean and nasty without a basis in confidence. There are times when you should care what others think.
Becoming a bitch is not the answer if your not taken seriously because you look young or sound young.
Being nice to people that are very bitchy to you can be very irritating and will drive them nuts, just stay very nice and polite, that is my method. Just remember not to look away and always keep eye contact and smile a lot or laugh, but the eye contact is very important, if you look away it will be a sign of surrendering and then they'll pick on you more.
This is the worst personality trait to have. In fact, it is your nature that you can never change and you will always feel like you were used or taken advantage of. I have lived with the same problem all my life; instead of bitch; I wished I cud have been a nasty a$$ hole. My only worry in life remains that I should not hurt anyone's feelings and that when I die, no one should ever hold a grudge against me. That is what drives it and no matter how much you try, you cannot change from deep down.

you don't have to become a bitch but you can become more selfish. I also think I'm too nice sometimes and I have to learn to say no and be more greedy and less giving without asking for anything in return.
The thing is.. even if you will "succeed" not just everyone else will hate you but also you will hate yourself and feel like a terrible person.
