My girlfriend is complaining about me not texting her enough..

to start off: it is frustrating..

Well whenever I say anything to her its always ending with okay, or something just as short. Sure there is little chance that she does say more then 3 words but only when it is important. Or if she wants to ask something, she also wanted me to call more often.. And she called me only once in our relationship (we have almost 2 months now)

we talked over the phone yesterday and I was telling her that if she wanted me to call she could just ask me to do so and that she could also use her phone to call me.. And that she could talk to me and that I would responfmd whenever I could.. She said that she had things to do and coukdnt always do it herself.. I responded well me too. I was hoping for her to understand the whole point I was trying to make, but she didnt.

Shes still angry at me, she even gave my number to one of her friends to see if id text him more then her (probably)

But seriously, what is her problem? Why is she putting all the blame on me?

I think it's a petty thing to argue over and from her end to make such a huge deal over it. So in that sense I disagree with her. It's something so miniscule she really shouldn't be overreacting like that. There are worse things that could happen, and if that's the least of your problems (relationship wise) she's a bit immature and unappreciative. HOWEVER, on your end it wouldn't kill you to acknowledge her a little more (just to know you're thinking about her) girls secretly do really appreciate that kind of stuff. Even if it's a simple gesture (like I said it's so miniscule a thing to make a huge deal about) but since it's so miniscule it wouldn't kill you to drop her some acknowledgement here and there just to let her know she's on your mind. She (most girls) would greatly appreciate it even if she only responds "k" and not "OMG thank you so much for letting me know you're thinking of me, that's so sweet. I really appreciate and love that you did that!" (When that is what we think even though we don't say it). It's not on either one of you. If anything, it's a simple thing for both to contribute.

when I asked this question it was 4.50 am in the morning and I couldn't sleep when I read this I fell asleep like a block

i managed to set things right with her but I did it over text because I got pretty angry and finally she did talk to me about it and I told her my point

she wants you to focus on her meaning, she wants you to do what you are doing right now thinking about what to do to make her happier. people like that a obsessive with there companion, or obsesses with always wanting their companion focused on them,

She's part of the new generation of girls that requires the people she knows to contact her all day everyday. I bet she also gets pissed if you take too long to respond. If you ask me, your Girlfriend is lucky you text her at all. I don't text my girlfriends unless I'm asking them something real quick. I just call them every night before I go to bed to ask them how their day was and that's it. (I say "girlfriends" in plural because I'm expressing one or possibly different girls in a timeline)

If it is true what you say about the new generation. Then your saying she is gonna require even more? All day long?

You have to set things right, from the on set. The reason why she is like that is cause you have made her used to it.. She probably told you once of how you talk often and hinted if it bothers you.. :) Bad Move dude. Put your foot down..
