Do guys like shy awkward girls?

Not the typical sweet shy girl who is just shy at first and keeps to herself. I'm talking about the shy girl who's dorky and awkward and probably clumsy.

I wish I was that type of sweet shy girl but I'm more of the awkward kind. Like I always make an ass of myself and I don't mean to be funny yet people still laugh at me. And if I get nervous, I look down a lot. I feel like I act like an idiot sometimes. Do guys think that kind of shy girl is weird and probably wouldn lt date her?

IMO how outgoing and socially comfortable a woman is has no relation to how attractive she is. Shy awkward girls can be attractive. Outgoing confident girls can be attractive. The only thing I will say is sometimes shy girls might not give out signals like they want to talk to a guy or are enjoying talking to a guy, making the guy avoid them not because they are unattractive but because he thinks she isn't interested. It shouldn't hold you back just make extra effort to make eye contact with or smile at guys you like or like the look of.

I don't think many guys mind that, some do, but most don't.

It may LITERALLY make it harder for guys to get to know you, or see if you like them, or move in on you. But most guys don't care if a girl is dorky, as long as she looks sort of hot.

Yes I've never had a boyfriend or anything because I'm too shy to show interest . I get really nervous. I'm not hot but people say I'm cute and adorable. So I don't know if that would help

If guys say you're cute and adorable, yes, that works. Cute is always attractive.

You may just need to let guys know, in your own dorky way, that you're interested. Some guys won't like how you are, and some will consider it perfect. If a guy isn't interested, he wasn't the right guy for YOU.

Personally I find the shy girls more attractive and being clumsy can be quite cute as well. The only time it can be annoying if is you never even give anyone a chance because you are shy, because without giving a chance then nothing will happen.

I find it adorable when my girlfriend is clumsy or shy. I'll help her regain comfort and everything and it makes me smile. It's not a power thing, but I do like the thought of her needing me. I need her and she's been there for me too. But it's nice to help with the small things too. It always gives us something to joke about later, which is always a good time. lol
