Why do guys get shy around me?

Every single time when a guy is attracted to me (or just my assumption at least). Regardless of their age/personality they always seem really friendly towards me and talk a lot to me but then the next time I see them they get super shy, seem intimidated, nervous and just stare at me from a distance. I have no idea why but usually our first encounters go great (engaging and interesting convos). Why do guys get hot and cold around me?

well the first time they met you they have something to say, like to introduce themselves and get to know each other but its possible that they could be shy. like they could be intimidated by your beauty and its hard to come up with things to talk about then they get nervous

well...if the guy is into a girl with a big ass and tits then I guess I'm their type ;P but the thing is they are always really friendly and cheerful around me when we first meet and then they counteract it by acting either really shy/aloof or whatever.. I sometimes think its because they want to cover up the way they acted the last time we met. it doesn't make any sense to me at all.

Some guys, including me, just get shy around any attractive girl, even though I'm not interested in her. Just the fact that she looks attractive or there's something really unusual about her will quiet me down a bit and make me act a bit weird.

And maybe you're also very difficult to 'read' so guys try to do that by observing you.

Maybe you said something they didn't like. I don't typically see shy guys go out on a limb when first meeting someone and then begin to choose being shy.
