    I play basketball for 6-10 hours a week (havent for the past week due to a minor injury).

    I stationary and statically stretch for ~10 min every morning when I wake up and before bed.

    I don't do much resistance training these days cauz I'm muscly enough, and I'm more focused on flexibility and cardio stamina.

    • depends on your natural frame. according to my doctor my ideal perfect weight based on my current muscle mass and frame is 195-200 lbs.

    • i think you'll find its normal for a man of average height (for a westerner anyway) to be above your 180 lb limit if they're active (unless they have a naturally thin frame)

    I worked out solid for three months at school...then I got overwhelmed & I havnt for two and a half months. Its taken its toll...I lost my definitiin in my arms, shoulders & back & I'm getting pudgey! lol

    Although...one day when I was workin out a guy came up to me & said "U shouldn't be lifting so much. Girls with muscles aren't attractive." Gee thanks man.

    • I'll run on the treadmill for 20-30 minutes at 6-8 mph, and then I'll do stationary bike or elliptical for 20, then weights for 10-20 and then stretch to lengthen out my muscles so they don't get as bulky. I tend to build muscle mass really easily so I like to avoid doing weights too often. But everyone's different, what works for me might not be ideal for you or someone else of course :)
