Well first of all just because someone dates doesn't make them better than someone who has FWBs or what not. Dating can be a cover and a lie.
2ndly Not all guys think about sex all the time. I'm 21. I don't think about sex all the time. Even if I did I let my mind and spirit control that and not my cock. Maybe other 21 year old guys are different but I can't speak for them.
Most people like to be in regular BS relationships. He might be one of those guys. He might not just want sex from you. Don't assume like these other people.

I'm 21 there are not a lot of 18 year old girls who are attractive to me. I think I'm more mature than most but such a silly dork it doesn't even matter. I think there is a super hype on partying and getting shit faced at this age. If there are girls there while you are doing it all the better.
