Do guys feel protective of their female friends?

Hey guys so I was wondering if guys tend to feel protective of their female friends? Because if I'm hanging out with a guy or a group of guys, a lot of the time I feel more 'protected'. Like if some creepy dude hits on me, I expect them to kind of jump in. So my question is, when you're with one of your girl friends (not girlfriend), do you feel 'protective' of her? Is that a natural instinct. Would you interfere if some creepy guy was hitting on her?

yeah I am protective of my friend girls. only because I know guys just want to fuck around with them and they aren't about that. but I don't try to control their decisions either just because I have a hunch. I just lookout without interfering and let them live their life unless I absolutely need to interfere.

I'm extremely protective of those I love and care about... mess with my family or friends and it'll be hell to pay. I don't tolerate guys being disrespectful to women either... that's bs... respect! that's a big word and if you don't have it then you need schooling to get it. jus sayn

Yes, I am very protective of my female friends. Especially with men. I know how we can be. I jump in at the first sign of her need.
