Does She Like Me or Just Being Friendly?

Hey,

I go to work with an extremely attractive girl who started about two months ago at my location. Were the same age. She is pretty much my dream girl. Sounds corny, yes, but she just looks and has the personality I absolutely love! Anyway, I was just wondering if there are signals or signs she's interested or is it just a friend thing? First, she is very flirtatious, with everyone and loves to be outgoing and talk with everyone. We started off great! She would flirt, hug me, be all talk very enthused and so on. We even went out to a club with a few other co-worker and had a blast! After that, which as been these past few weeks, seems a lot quieter around me lately. Also, has this hot and cold thing going on too. We still talk and have a good time, but it just seems toned down. No more hugs, not much flirting, and doesn't seem all that enthused. It's like when she's around me she goes all quiet. What gives? I haven't done anything wrong and I've been acting my entire self. When we talk , we both make eye contact and she doesn't look away from my eyes. When we pass in the halls I give her a big nice smile and she does the same, making full eyey contact. I've noticed her checking me out too. I've noticed her hugging other guys at work too around me. One instance she gave a guy a hug right in front of me, looked at me and didn't give me anything, just walked away. Does she perhaps like me any bit, but is perhaps too afraid to say it? She also avoids e when she see's me coming some days. Or is she not interested? I'm just confused how a girl can go from being flirty, hugging to being cold, and all quiet in my presence. Is she p*ssed at me for something? Thanks!

This kind of situation has happened to me too. When I got a new job I met there a girl who was at first filirting with me more than with anyone else. I was so shy, however, when I realized that she was flirting with me and made a move, it was already too late and she stopped talking to me and now is so cold (just says Hi, how are you, bye).

What I tried to do was talk in private with her and it didn't work well. (It was 50/50 or she would say fu.k off or she would say I like you too)

what you can do is talk to her in private tell her what you feel (I think this should be last thing you will have to do, cause you can end up being a looser/creep or some sweety)

or you could also invite her (and some of her friends if you know anyor coworkers) to do some fun stuff and in a slow pace show some attention to her

or just try to get over her (stop thinking of her and find soe other girl)

Our advises would be pretty useless so just listen to your heart/brains and do what you think the best is and if you can not come up with anything then our advises must be last thing you will have to listen to.

There are 4 possibilities that I can think of:

1. Girls are very intuitive and can tell most of the time when a guy likes them. She could be getting the vibe that you like her, but she isn't into you back so she's trying to show disinterest by not acting as flirtatious around you. She could just be trying to not lead you on. But she is still polite to you because she has no problem with being your friend, but that is all she wants to be.

2. She could like you and be getting more nervous around you although I think the first possibility is more likely. I say that because a girl who is naturally outgoing and flirtatious and not shy would probably not be scared to show major interest in a guy she liked. She probably would not withdraw.

3. Maybe she feels like she has shown interest in you and you just haven't grown a pair and asked her out.

4. She could be playing hard to get and be trying to make you jealous.

All of these are possibilities, but I still think that the first one is most probable.

Well I tend to be quiet around that guy I like. I don't like to hang around him much because I'm afraid that I'll do or say something to embarrass myself. She might not care what happens around other people, but she doesn't want to look stupid in front of you. The best thing to do is ask. Just go up to her and say something like have I done anything to make you feel uncomfortable around me because I've noticed a change in your attitude towards me or just ask her if she would like to go out some time and see if she does like you.

I'd say just go ask her what's up. She may be doing this to give you some signal either she is p*ssed at you for something or she likes you and doesn't think you like her back. just find her one day and ask if you did something wrong and if she gives you the look that says "what are you talking about" explain how she's been acting so cold and you are wondering if you did something wrong. this should get you some answers.

Thank you everyone for your answers!!! By appoaching her, does this make me come across as a needy or creepy guy? I just don't understand her. I mean, today , she completly ignored me. She was walking righ tby me and didn't say hi or anything. I'm the better person, so I said hi first. Honest too god....I have not done anything wrong. I've been myself with her! Strange....
