Sexual tension between me and my new boss.. GUYS TIPS!?

I was doing an internship at the company. At first, that guy is the one who constantly ignoring me and I had to make my effort to communicate with him..

and after my internship, he was the one who insists the most that I should stay for longer.. Now I am working at his office... It's only me and him (We keep the door open the most of the time) First I thought it should be fine.. but now things are getting weird and everyone is suspicious..

There are some signs of sexual tension... tell me if I feel right about it!

1. He looks into my eyes all the time.. and doesn't move or blink unless I move my eyes away (then I dont know)
2. He checks out my body every now and then..
3. When I said goodbye to him last friday, he was giving me hypothetical kiss..
4. when he gets close to me, i can feel it..
5. I avoid him to have lunch, I told him to spend time with other colleagues.. he says" I wanna be with you again.."

The thing is: He is married with two kids. He is charming and goodlooking though, but I would never do anything.. GUYS!! do you do this when you like someone, or you think someone likes you?

And another thing is: sometimes I am stressed at work, and I can sense he is stressed too because of my stress.. I do not want to do this.. and he is insecure if I like him or not (as a person), but I just wanna tell him "you are nice colleague, but I dont have feelings for you" I do like him, if he was not married, I could really do him.. but yea ethics above emotions.. I just hope to finish my contract of 6 months and move on!

What should I tell him to not make him feel bad but still can keep the good vibe (being a good team)?

Thank uuuu..! I'm thinking to make my "no" clear if things get worse... Or still this way... It's kinda awkward I could feel other people getting suspicious... Sad though I love what I do

Like other people have said, I think you need to just hold out until the end of the six months. I would do my best not make any kind of scene, but you don't want to lose your job or endanger getting a better job afterwards (there's a chance you'll need him to give you a letter of recommendation or something afterwards). As long as it's just sexual tension (and you're not feeling yourself slipping into giving into him), I think you can fight through it.

If it gets any worse than looks or comments here and there, you'll need to say something. If you're ever legitimately concerned that he's going to put you in any position where it might turn into a sexual assault or something like that, then you need to tell a colleague or another boss.

You might already be doing this, but my last piece of advice is to make it clear that it's a "no, I'm not interested" refusal as opposed to a "yes, I'm interested but not here or now" refusal. He might think that you're wanting him to be more aggressive so that something happens. That you're playing hard to get. That you need the right situation to go through with it, which is exactly what he'd want since he's married and would need to do things in secret. So make sure you're separating "nice" from "flirty" and you should be fine.

nah that dude is a douche. At this point... where you are now thats a fantasy thing. Really cute single girl away from his wife and children... in his office... why not?
I suggest you do that 6 months and try to avoid as much as possible. The guy is probably going to get a little more encouraged if you don't make yourself clear enough... and keep in mind that boss can make your 6 months a little difficult for you if he wanted,, but don't let that crap intimidate you if he tries that... its only 6 months more lol.
when i like someone i at least approach as a friend, get to know em a little, but will generally show interest if i can, compliment on looks,,,, and not being afraid to steal a glance. But this guy is advancing though really quickly... he's really taking the initiative and that is a little annoying in my opinion. Making it obvious to everyone and not caring because he's the boss. Id make it clear to all that nothings happening, and for him to stop

Because he's married, it's very likely he's bored and looking for fun on the side. If you can handle a no strings fling, fine, but if not, beware of him, and leave the job. A man who cheats or wants to cheat will later cheat on you.

Not that its right or fair, but the best thing you can and should do is to get another job as soon as possible and quit there. A bad situation brewing to get worse.
