So do guys like it when girls give them nicknames? I've been dating this guy for a while & I occasionally refer to him with our little inside jokes, lol ;) None of them are lame or overly romantic though!! :P Are you guys flattered when a girl gives you a special cute name that only she uses? Is it a sign of affection if a guy gives a nickname to a girl he's seeing? :) Thanks in advance for your input

It depends on how closely related to his name it is. Most human beings like to be referred to by their first name; this has been scientifically proven. Say his name is "Conrad." If you call him something similar, like "Con-Con," he's more likely to find it endearing.
