Do I have prejudice or do I not prefer them?
I dont prefer them, no. But I also don't have prejudices related to assignments of gender expression. However, depending on his clothing and demeanor, I may think its possible that he belongs to certain groups. For example, I'm crushing on this guy in my class who has shoulder length hair. Obersving him and the few comments I've heard from him, make me think he could potentially be the stoner/hippie/love, peace, freedom type of guy. Or indie. That and possibly into hard rock based on his bracelets and necklaces. The long hair and facial hair emphasize that stereotype.
Well it depends for me. Some guys are SOO HOT looking with long hair, while others look terrible with it. I think it depends on the jobs they are trying to get. A suit and tie job has a certain "look" that is required so people take you seriously. While other jobs can allow longer hair like being in music or a crazy scientist.
I like a guy with enough hair for me to grab onto, if ya know what I mean.
I don't think long hair on a guy looks classy. It just doesn't look all that polished. I have seen guys who looked 100% masculine with their hair in buns so I wouldn't necessarily say long hair always makes a guy look feminine. If a guy has strong masculine features and a built body long hair certainly isn't going to feminize him much. However to me guys look a lot more clean-cut with short hair.
I don't have long hair, but I have seen a lot of boys get discriminated against because of it. I would call it bullying, but it is mostly by random adults that don't like the idea of a male stepping out of his gender role. My area is really conservative, and guys with long hair would go through hell in school. As adults they don't seem to have that big of a problem. All I see now, are people talking about them behind their backs, but they tell me people still mouth off to them on occasion.
Longer hair, at least in the USA, is a feminine style and doesn't go well for a man. So yeah, I dislike long hair on guys, I think they're sloppy or girly, depending on the guy.

i love it. i think its beautiful. and if it was womanly so what.. women are cool. wouldn't be here without therm...
its not gender specific in many cultures. its just a sign of spiritual strength and courage.
I don't mind long hair. As long as he takes care of it.
If it's a gross, greasy mess than maybe I wouldn't really enjoy seeing that. But it's his life not mine to judge.
One of my brothers has long hair and it suits him. I have no problem with it and certainly wouldn't think less of any man who has longer than average hair.

I think that they should be able to do what they want. I have short hair, and some idiots on here said similar things to me.
i dont mind either way. but you should do what you really want...
I think it looks girly most of the time, especially straight hair. Dreads are cool though.
