I personally would probably just accept it and hug her back. If she, as you say, is pretty cute, nice, and I at least have talked to her a few times and can tell that she's not a psychopath, but if it was just completely random and out of the blue then I might get a bit worried. If it was something like a good-bye-hug, then it would be fine.
Depends on the situation but if she was nice and I had talked to her a couple times I would accept the hug and hug her back. maybe this is just me coming from a guy who always hugs my female friends as hellos and goodbyes

I'd be a little confused at first, but now that I am learning more about people (kind of a wall flower), I'd be willing to hug back. Hugs make me feel nice.
Ahh they feel like pillowss... then I wake up in bed. I'd never got hugged by a girl. :(
i only accept hugs during sex, otherwise i'd tell her to lay down her hands from me
I'd want more... lots more.
