If it's just for a day then you don't have to worry cause there are multiple reasons he acts like that... then, if you find that "desinterested" attitude to continue between the days, you may want to talk to him. Ask him about what you think in a sincere way... maybe you just have to improve in your communication or trust/confidence in each other.
If it is only for the past day then I would not worry too much. But if something else happens or if it comtinues for a week or so then I would worry. Just ask him if there is anything bothering him you should be close enough to do so. If not perhaps work on getting to the level where you can.
OMG, only a day, it's probably nothing. If it's going on for weeks or months, then you should be worried and have the talk. If it's a day, just let it go.
