We was at the park walking and then he grabbed my face and kissed me but my reaction was "shocked" I didn't kiss him back. So he was like "its ok" and we continued talking but he wasn't mad. We decided to sit and look at nature and he played love songs. The night ended well. But I don't know if he was embarrassed. I don't know. But Im mad because he didn't talk to me in a week. Like he kiss me and dont talk to me. Oh no... I might have high standards. But I said some harsh. I told him to leave me me alone for good. So now he's ignoring me. Wow. Yet women keep thinking they can have "guy friends" No guy ever thinks about a woman that way. Given the opportunity all guys will want to have sex with the woman. THey stay friends to stay on the womans radar. Maybe they are seeing someone, maybe she is seeing someone. at some point and time you will both be single and boom.
He kissed you. He made the move. YOU did nothing. Did you try and talk about it when you sat and "looked at nature while he played love songs"? you don't say you did. That was him giving you the opportunity to talk about it, let him know what your feeling. When you did nothing he has no reason to think anything other then you have no feelings for him. as i said, guys don't want women as "friends". so if your not interested in him, if you didn't want to talk about it, then there is nothing for him to say. So you have no business being upset with him in any way. This is all on you. besides, what is the issue. Obviously you have no interest so why do you want him to contact you?

Just leave him be until it cools off, then if you want him back in your life talk to him. You're not necessarily wrong, maybe a little harsh.
