How to be 100% sure a shy guy DOES NOT like you?

I've liked this shy guy for over a year now and im getting sick and tired of this feeling because im always thinking of him. I've told him my feelings last year. Though he was really nice about it, thanked me, etc, he said he had a gf. After that, ever since this year, we never talked, no classes together nothing. I just see him in the hallways sometimes and without me giving you examples, i would ask you guys to give me signs a shy guy isn't interested at all. Just fromtheir body language, and things they do beside u etc.

Shy guy. Head down, no eye contact. Hurried walk or hiding behind obstacles or gaze if they feel uncomfortable. Shy guys won't chat endlessly or tag into other lines of conversations. Just a yep/nah. Just want to be left alone. I can only suggest you write him a card that you think of him & your feelings. Leave your number or email. If he's interested he'll contact you. They really don't want to be shown attention. Just quite but are aware of situations. If you really want to get closer to a shy guy. You need to know his interests. What he's into. But most shy guys one have a limited circle of friends. It's like opening a walnut with your hands. But can be achieved. It's not impossibile.

are you shy? if you liked him for THAT long, don't you think it's time to show some initiative? if he starts to like you then great, if no then you can finally move on, but otherwise you'll just drive yourself crazy. Make a move while he's still single, if he had a gf before he can't be that shy. ;)
