Why does he talk to me differently?

Everytime I see my crush talking to other people or friends he acts like himself and acts funny sometimes, but when he talks to me he acts not himself and doesn't act funny at all. And also I did nothing to him. Is this normal for boys to do that or what?

There are 2 options here.

1- He somehow doesn't like you or don't feel comfortable to do those things with you.

2- He somehow likes you and don't wanna seem stupid in front of you.
