Curly hair and glasses?

My hair is about an inch longer than my shoulder and it's very curly (not puffy but it looks as if I sleep in braids) and sport glasses. They're not hipster glasses but the frames don't stop right beneath my eyes. All the guys at my school swoon over girls with super straight hair and no glasses. My hair is impossible to flat iron and in no way am I sticking contacts in my eyes. Do you think that anyone will be able to look past my imperfect hair and glasses and like me? Also, why do guys at my school only like "those" types of girls?

If you're so concerned about it you would do something about it and stop making excuses. There is a ton of options for unruly curly hair like Japanese or keratin hair straightening and stop being a chicken and put contacts in.. sure guys like girls with glasses but most girls tend to look better without them just saying. If you want the type of girls who fall for the girls with straight hair no glasses then guess what... you have to look like them. Or you could just wait for a guy to like you for who you are.

Im just trying to be honest with you... don't waste your time waiting for the right guy who love you for who you are right away... it just almost never happens. You have to put effort into the way you look to get guys interested and THEN you can decide what guy is worth. Coming from a girl who used to be an ugly betty in high school and now has guys flocking take my advice.

That being said I don't mean you have to straighten your hair and lose the glasses :)

High school guys are usually pretty shallow. There are a few, though, that are great guys. You just have to find them. Don't worry about your appearance compared to anyone else--you're just fine. There is a guy who will think you are the goddess who beat Aphrodite out for beauty queen of the universe. Just wait ;-)

Girl! Rock those curls!! I'm so proud of my curly hair! It's different and unique. Don't worry about what guys think, be yourself! Who cares if they like straight hair? lots of guys like curls too, as long as your confident and rock it!

Curly hair are imperfect? Oh please... There are so many girls who try too hard to make their hair curly..
And about glasses, I don't think it's a big deal. Now a days every fourth-fifth person uses it.

Personally, my favorite hairstyle has always been curly. Glasses on a girl is cute and sexy, so I think youve got it going. My ex had curly hair and man I love putting my face on her puffy hair, it was fantastic.

There's a girl I know who has naturally curly hair... hers is much longer than yours (about halfway down her back) and she is super duper cute. She wears contacts but I'd still find her hard to resist with glasses.
