Why are guys so obsessed with boobs, even people in general?

Why are people so obsessed with boobs? I constantly notice guys just staring away at my boobs and honestly I don't even flaunt mine; I hate wearing shirts that show cleavage. I hear guys always talking about boobs and comparing them, and it just makes me wonder why the obsession? They're just annoying when running, and always get in the way of everything can't fit in anything properly cause either it's too tight around the boobs or too big everywhere else!

The reason men like boobs is...

Signaling.

Wait what? I'm not sending any signals, you think. What the hell is everybody looking at my chest for anyway?

Think of it this way, what is the one time you can think of having your breasts exposed?

I'll bet your answer is when you are about to have sex in the future with that special someone whoever he is.

Here's the thing, from the male perspective, exposure of the female breasts is a signal. Since your breasts remain covered except prior to having sex, that means to men that whenever they see a breast (or just part of a breast) the received signal is:

"I'm about to get laid!!!"

We've all seen National Geographic type photos of women from various tribal groups around the world. Their breasts are exposed to everyone all the time so there is no special message that gets signaled.

Alternatively, there are other cultures around the world where women expose no flesh at all. They don't even wear tailored clothing. In these cultures, no signal is sent so none is received.

Now go to southern Europe . They have topless beaches. Nobody thinks anything of that but a well dressed woman will still turn heads.

Now come to the US. Here, women never show any nipple, but are all the time varying how much skin is showing at any given time. The more likely you are to be on a date with someone special, the more likely there will be exposed cleavage, side boob etc.

What this means from a guys perspective is that we are constantly walking around receiving the message:

" You are about to get laid!!!"

Based on how revealing a woman's dress is, this signal is either like a whisper or in other circumstances like an air raid siren.

Look at how people are dressed on the red carpet for the Oscars and similiar. The men are in tuxes, that has the effect of restraining and formalizing their behavior. Meanwhile, the women on their arms are barely wearing anything at all. The women are essentially screaming:

"YOU ARE ALL GETTING LAID!!"

Because boobs are censored for no legit reason.
The censorization of boobs has led to the feitshizing of mammary glands.

In countries where boobs censorization is much more lax like some in Europe , the obsession is not as strong.

Guys in general do like boobs, but the censorization of them makes the love even stronger to the point where it's an achievement to see a hot girl's boobies.

I admit that is hard to look away when facing a girl with big boobs, but I'm not a boob guy. I'm not obsessed with them and I would even prefer girls with small boobs than huge ones. Now if we start talking about other part of the female body I'm your guy.

Because boobs kinda represent maturity and fertility. On a genetic level we want to have healthy offspring and boobs kinda show that this woman is capable of producing one.
