There's this boy who I've grown close to, we seem to constantly flirt even though he has a girlfriend who he's been with for a good 7 months! We were studying together today and he just kept tickling me especially my belly, and then he picked me up bridal style and carried me. He has a thing for tickling me, and he also said 'I love you' through text when I was jokingly pissed off with him, and when I joked back the same he seemed happy that I said it back, what does all this mean? Does he like me even though he's with someone? Why did he pick me up bridal style?

It means that you should back off and wait until he's single before his girlfriend finds out and you have hell to pay. There's nothing more unattractive than a female trying to sneak in on someone's boyfriend. Both of you are in the wrong. You know he isn't single, yet you allow him to not only disrespect his girlfriend but you as well. If he truly liked you, he would NOT be with his girlfriend and he would NOT be acting like this with you, knowing that his girlfriend will eventually find out and leave you in a world of shit. Retreat girl. This situation is a very very bad thing to get caught up in!!!

No I haven't, I don't want to ruin what we already have as friends and I just would never have to courage anyway (especially if he has a girlfriend) and yes I do understand that but you can't help who you fall for right?

Absolutely. There's no control in that. But there is control and an option in what you settle for.

It means that he likes you, probably, and also that he's not worth trusting/dating. You should stop doing those things out of respect for his girlfriend. Just because he doesn't respect her, it doesn't mean you don't have to/should.
I also wouldn't date him if I were you, if he happens to ditch his current girlfriend. He would probably cheat on you too.
