Why would a guy tell me to pull up my shirt?

He always makes fun of me, I think it's just joking but every now and then he can be very rude and mean. today, I saw him staring at my boobs a few times bc I was wearing a low cut top. Yes, I know I was asking for it and I wasn't even mad that he was looking. It's what he said that offended me, he rudely said "pull up your undershirt, all your cleavage is showing" I was embarrassed and mad but I just said "don't look at me". Why would he say that to me?

Okay, the first thing I find wrong with this is, "Yes, I know I was asking for it". You weren't asking for it. You decided to wear a shirt you liked. If you didn't get mad that he was staring... then alright. The reason why he would say that is either because he doesn't want to see your cleavage that much because it's maybe tempting... something like that. Another reason could be that he actually likes you and he doesn't like when you wear revealing clothing like that. I'm not 100% sure, though, but I hope this helped you out even just a little bit. Or he could just be rude to you, wanting to embarrass you. It kind of depends on the setting. Were y'all at school?

he likes your body and is horny for you. There is no way he would want to be in a relationship with you if you say he can be rude and mean while teasing you. If he did it nicely/playfully/joking, then perhaps, but nope I would stay clear away form this guy unless you want to keep being fap material and eye candy for him.
