Why are white men so insecure?

Question

They are either super insecure, don't know what they want; and because of their insecurity they try to mask it by being a total dick or kissing up to their "cooler" friend. Seen it too many times. Can someone answer my question?

Honestly white men, I love you. You guys need to see how sweet and cute and nice you really are. :3 why so insecure?

Umm... all of us aren't actually like that.

You can find insecure people of every race, gender, religion, etc. Generalizing all members of a specific race by one characteristic is why people are calling you a racist.

What you said is basically the equivalent of saying "All Asians are perverts", or "French people all smell bad", etc. It's not true, and makes you look ignorant.

For a LONG time, white men have been the slaves of white women. Even if a white guy is dominant and powerful over his girl, after they get married his inner-penis shrivels up. Of course this has nothing to do with being white, it's just that most White nations have been sucking up to feminists for too long. Well not all of us are like that. But speaking generally, a lot of white guys are made to feel guilty, that they should beat themselves up over what their ancestors did and because of that their problems don't matter. There's also this stigma that's forced on us about white guys being unmanly and weak compared to other races, yet at the same time any example of a white guy dominating a guy or girl of another race is seen as racism. Throw in the fact that we constantly get it bashed in our heads that if we date a member of another race, it somehow means we are trying to take over, and you got yourself a good case of insecurity.

I think part of it is that the common consensus for the last 1-2 decades in the west is that white men are initially evil - or at least it is displayed like this. They are the scapegoats for everything which went, is going and will go wrong. Racism, sexism, homophobia, christian nutcases, etc.

Personally I'm not insecure - I have energy and like to have fun. Other times, I can be devastatingly lazy and feel a need to be alone. This does not have anything to be insecure, it may look like it - but nope. Depends on the guys you mean though, since that differ quite a bit.

Thank the public education system. We spend most of our youth having it drilled into us that we're the bad guys in race relations and should feel guilty for the sins of generations past. There's a widespread impression that we can expect to be resented by people of other races right from the start. Talking to people who don't treat us that way is the best way to tamp out the insecurity.

It seems to me people are insecure. Maybe you just expect more from some groups than others. Men are stereotypically not supposed to be as insecure as women but they are about the same in my experience. I suppose other races think white guys should be the most secure of all but they are no more so than anyone else.
