I met this guy, 28 years old (8 years elder than me) last year in September and first noticed him when I kept seeing him staring and me and looking away so many times. He seems shy and when we talked, he can't seem to really make eye contact with me. However, after going for a "date" with him last year, I didn't feel like he's the one for me so I avoided him for 2 months.
However, we met again in January and began standing together again during the train rides..(yes, we met on the train). and there are times when I seem like I'm not looking, he will look at me and when I look at him, his eyes would immediately divert to the ceiling. But there are times when I look at him, he would continue looking at me and smile and turn away. And yes, being the creep i am.. i notice that his pupils are dilated whenever we meet. He does fidget with his hands and smooth his hair once in a while when he is with me.
There was once, he kept looking at me for a long period of time but not with a smile on his face. and when I smiled at him, he just looked away without any expression. But right after that on the train he began talking to me so happily.
And the day before that, he was so different! When I answered his questions, he would turn away grinning to himself. WHAT?
The point is... he's texting game is ZERO! he did text twice but he did not immediately reply. Maybe because I took 30 minutes or so to reply.. but thats not the point. when I text him first, our conversation only lasts for less than an hour.. and when I replied "yes, thats right.", he did not even reply me back.
Does he like me or not? He's really confusing and sometimes I feel like giving up on him.

I would even see him rush to take the earlier train.. rather than the train that we used to take together. But after that, when he saw me (because i rushed behind him too), he tapped on my shoulder and smiled when he was walking up the elavator. Then when we stood in front of each other in the train... he kept looking at me.. and grinning. like looking up and down my body and grinning. and when I ask him "why?" he let out a sigh along with a smile and shook his head.

Also I'm not sure if I should start avoiding him again to see how he reacts.
