Well besides the both of you attracted to each other, we can't assume his reasons. He could just be a player, he could actually love his girlfriend but using the "if they don't know won't hurt" card, his girlfriend could not be satisfying him the right way so he's resulting to other options without ending the relationship, he could even like you more than his girlfriend or like you both the same which is even more confusing. My point is don't overthink yourself with the whole, "why is he doing this, just ask yourself one simple question, "do you want to be involved in this situation?" I know cheating is an immoral thing that none of us should condone, but I also think limiting your opportunities is like taking away freedom. If you want to go ahead, it could be the best fling of your life or he could end up being your husband for the next 30 years. Or everything could go wrong, down the drain, or something simple like he doesn't even talk to you anymore after the first kiss. You'll never know for sure until you allow yourself to, just remember with every possible great opportunity, there is also a great risk and consequence. Sometimes that 7 minutes in heaven is worth every consequence, maybe there is no consequences and everything happens perfectly. Is it worth it? Is he worth it?
Because your either an ego boost or things aren't 100% in his relationship and looking for an escape. Don't do it- odds are his relationship will crumble soon enough of he's doing this. See him when he's single or maybe find a way to let his girlfriend know what he's doing so they can fix it
Being a tool. He is not worth your time. Because if he is doing this in his current relationship then he will do it if his relationship was with you.
He's a pig. Let him go and tell his girlfriend that he tried to kiss you.
