Why is my boyfriend SCARED of me?!?!

I am currently dating someone who I really like, however he is scared of commitment. So I never go on about wanting to be totally serious. I just make sure that I am a good woman to him and fun to be around. He is the male version of me, we have so many similarities and things in common, its odd!, we laugh about our similarities. Our sex life is incredible, and last night we had another incredible sex session and just after he smiled at me whilst saying 'you scare me' and then he lay beside me and we both smiled at each other and looked deeply in each others eyes. Then he went on about the night we first met and what he thought of me the night we met...

Why do you think he told me I scare him? sexually? or because I might be encouraging him on a subconscious level to confront his fear of commitment? or any other suggestions?

I had a sort of similar situation except we were ABOUT to have sex, & he said I 'freaked him out.'

I tried to ask WHY, but he could not or would not explain it very ell... He said because I did not understand why I do what I do... but that does not say much lol

Burt we ARE VERY similar... We like all the same things, & I do not think he does not understand why I do what I do... I think he understands very well, & a bit of superficial stereotyping brings him a bit away from noticing thAt I do the things HE does, for very similar reasons.

I don't think he's "scared" of you, it sounds more like, he likes you so much and that's what scares him...Cause what happens if it goes bad...

So you will over analyze the situation, it could be a number of things maybe he's fallin for you, maybe he relises he's dating a version of himself, you could ask him instead of coming up with lots of different senarios.
