What does it mean if a guy always watches you?

There's this guy I know and he always watches me. It doesn't matter where we are, I always find him looking/watching me. For example, the other week I went to a party at his place and I noticed that he was always looking at me. Other times, I'm talking to my friends and he's talking to his friends but he keeps looking my way, or I might be playing with little kids, and he's on the other side of the room watching me. Can anyone tell me why he does this? What does it mean?

Often it means they find you attractive, I'm assuming if he hasn't talked to you about it then he is also nervous so the best thing to do is next time he makes eye contact acknowledge it and walk over and let him know how you feel about it. (If you find it weird, if you like him or even just ask him why he was staring)

Thanks, I would do that but I'm a shy girl so I struggle talking to people

Yea I used to be a nervous wreck a few years ago. You just have to realise most people are nervous when it comes to social interactions. You just have to push through those butterflies and other feelings you get when you're out of your comfort zone and just do it.
Think of how good it would feel if a guy you like saw you, walked up and introduced himself.
If you just think of it the opposite way, just having The courage to walk up and talk to a guy is the best way to get him to be attracted to you.
