What do you think about one-piece swimsuits?

One-piece swimsuits are becoming very popular this summer. They are great for girls that don't feel totally comfortable showing off their whole bodies, and a lot of designers have made very trendy and even sexy one pieces for this summer.

What do you think about them? Guys, do you think that a girl can still look sexy in a one piece? Girls, would you wear one? Honestly, I don't think I would- for the main reason that I like to have a tan stomach. :)

I don't see why you would either unless self conscious about stretch marks. Some people shouldn't obviously. That doesn't mean a girl can't look good in one. I'm not sure I've seen one I would call trendy. But a one piece would be better than the nearly invisible thong that leaves nothing whatsoever to anyone's imagination.

If you stood two girls side by side, and one had a one piece on, and the other had a bikini on. than the bikini would win hands down.

It's possible to look sexy, but if your trying to land a "beach hunk" than you'll want to go with the two piece.

I've never understood the point of covering your belly with a bathing suit. Unless it's a sling or a one-piece thong, I hate one-piece suits! Give me a bikini or g-string any day. My favorite is just going nude at the beach though. But I suppose that's yet another topic entirely. ;-)

The only type of one piece I would wear is a monokini. they can be pretty hot like this:

SO UNCOMFORTABLE. They make my butt look terrible, chest flatter, protruding ribs more noticeable, and hide my nice stomach... also the potential for camel toe is just too much.

For me they are sexier then bikinis. They can really highlight curves and boobs through the use of flattering patterns and details. Also the extra coverage leaves the mind to wonder. A women in one piece swimsuit certainly has my head turning.

1 piece are ok.but you still got to hand it to the bikini.looks soo much better and your right.better tan lines too.when your on the beach you are usually looking for a tan so the bikini is better.

Bikinis do show more skin but one pieces are sexier for another reason. They are almost always tighter fitting to the body. They compress against the skin and give a much better outline of "desirable areas" while still leaving something to the imagination.

Bikini for me. I could wear something that covered up somewhat of my body, I like to show skin.

I like one-piece swimsuits , many guys thing that a bikini is best cuz its shows more but sometimes its not what your showing but the mystery of what they can't see... the cuts of the fabric play a role as well ^w^d

I honestly think girls can still look very sexy in a one piece. In fact, I actually prefer when a girl wears one as opposed to a bikini. I have nothing against girls wearing bikinis but for me there's something about one pieces that I prefer.

i think girls can still look sexy in them but only in the modern one, they are 1 piece but still kind of look like a bikini ( see what I mean? :S) . so those are ok.

Modest is hottest! I wouldn't wear one in the sun though, simply because I finally got rid of my swim team circle tan, and I don't want it back!

I think seeing a girl in a one piece swimsuit is sexier than a 2 piece. The materials and tight fit still show their figure, especially when wet.
