Is this in reference to a dating app? It's verification of not being fat. There is a LOT of deception, catfishing/fatfishing out there. And maybe he's trying to subtly prompt you to verify that you also are not fat. Women are goood at the angled shots that hide a whole extra person worth of weight. Nothing's worse than showing up to a date to find a woman that looks like she ate the girl you expected to meet, and having to tell her, "Thanks for wasting my time, fat," and leaving. Time. Fucking. Wasted.

it's a confidence level thing. If a girl gets all "😍😍😍" about them it increases the guys ego. Think about. it like supply and demand: increase in female "😍😍😍" causes an increase in guys egos. Although that's not the case for all guys most guys are in that field.
