Why he ignores me after I asked him a favor?

So there is a guy, he approached me first, he was my senior, now he is in uni (other city) and he started by commenting on my instagram story and we started talking from there.

We flirted.

and one day i asked him for a favor to edit a logo for my project since he can do that.. he was happy to help, he didn't said no. He was like "just talk to me by text!" And he text me and he said "send it to my email" so i did. And then he asked me did i need it quickly so i said yes and blablabla.

so one day i asked "did you check it yet" and he said he hadn't, he would check it later since he was at college. So i said alright.

and then the deadline for my project is move to tomorrow night (I didn't know the deadline when first) so i kinda panicked and i text him like "lol i just found out the deadline is tomorrow night.. have you checked it yet? I really need it hahaha" and else. But he didn't reply until the day of my deadline i saw his story on instagram that he went to a beach. A fucking beach. He was online on instagram and didn't bothered to reply to my message.

and it's been 3 days and he hasn't reply yet but he see my story in instagram, he likes other people posts and else.
