That's hard to say. A very good chance he's into you, especially rubbing the back, but maybe just a really good friend also? I'd say there's definitely some kind of attraction there. If that were me doing that, I would have already liked you and the alcohol is just giving me the "confidence" to do those things lol. But everyone is different.
