Are hot girls shallow?

I was working today and I saw 4 different "hot" girls. Now I know every persons definition of "hot" is different, but just bear with me here. One was black haired and had that sort of olivey tan type thing you see on a lot of girls. One was a natural blond with pale skin but a good body (and face). The other two were bleach blondes and were dressed really slutty (very short shorts, and you could see their bra underneath their shirts since they were white shirts). Unfortunately these two were jail bait to me as I'm 21 and they are still in high school.

Descriptions of these hot girls aside, what I'm wondering is are girls like this, shallow? Do they want guys who are tall muscular and thin? Is this just a mindset I have that freaks me out?

If it's true, then should I really be working on my appearance and if it's not, then how do I get rid of this mindset?

I get that most girls like the tall dark handsome guy but, I'm not talking about most girls. I'm talking about the "hot" ones.

I realize it's a confidence thing as well but really are "hot" girls, shallow?

many times, people that put a lot of effort into appearance expect that from the who they chose to date. I was watching that dating in the dark show recently and the girl that was the most physically beautiful, was also the most shallow and kind of had a sucky personality. I'm not saying all hot girls are like that because that is definitely not true, my sister and my cousin are what you would call hot and they have decent personalities, my cousin is pretty sweet and bubbly, and my sister is funny and quirky. I myself am on the hot side when I actually put effort into the way I look and I would say my personality is good. but if you use hotness as the sole basis of your dating you are going to be disappointed pretty fast. but anyway my answer is I think a hot girl might go for an average looking guy, or even one that's kind of funny looking if he has an awesome personality and can make her laugh. but if you don't take care of your self physically and are just fat and a mess I'm pretty sure "hot" girls are not going to go for you.

Some attractive girls don't know they are hot... at all. Listen to the song, 'She don't know she's beautiful' pretty accurate. Those are really the types of girls you want, because they are not full of themselves generally and act like spoiled brats.

Don't let yourself fall into the 'norm'... don't become a ken doll cookie cutter type of guy. Be yourself. If you are true to yourself you will attract someone you will get along with generally on more then just a physical level.

Personality of the girl aside though, my question is are those types of girls "shallow"?

I answered that. There are some hot girls out there who don't know they are hot and therefore are not shallow. There are some hot girls out there who are hot, but also modest and not shallow. There are some hot girls out there who have found out all they have to do is giggle and toss their pretty little heads and people do their bidding. THEY are shallow.

I would have to agree that they are shallow! Very shallow! And not all that nice. A lot of times they think they are better than everyone else. But it depends on the person so I'd say try talking to them and you should know if they are shallow or not.

Why does everyone think that if your attractive your automatically shallow?

Just because a chick is hot doesn't mean anything, I know and have dated hot chicks hell my girlfriend is hotter than hell, and not one of those chicks was shallow, they were very nice, caring, sweet, and fun to be around.

Definitely not.

There are generally more shallow ~hot~ girls than shallow average girls, because of the way middle/high school cliques work, but this aspect of personality is more or less not very related to looks.

No they are not all shallow, I just think they have a higher self-esteem and they know what they want. Though everyone is different so I can't really judge...

If you think I'm pretty, I don't think I'm shallow. Personality matters a lot for me, I love shy and introverted men, they're so cute :D
